Important words and meaning
The Craft- A science based on learning to control energies present in nature an around us. The art and skill of manifesting physical outcome by way of spiritual an or scientific endeavors. Age old practice of healing, herbalist and energy manipulation. A way of connecting with Divine.
Wicca- Organized Religion focusing on Female as well as Male Divine aspects. And the presence of God/dess in nature and looking to nature for answers to life question. May or may not include the practice of The Craft.
Christian- One who believes in Jesus Christ, and follows the teaching of Christ. Believes in One Supreme God, that is within above and all around.
Mystic/Witch/Wiccan/Mage/Sage-One who studies and practices The Craft, Occult, and the Shamanism Pre-Christian Religions. One who is attune with supernatural as well as natural forces.
Christian Mystic- One who uses The Craft as an expression of their Spirituality and tool to worship God and perform good works. Sees God as in Nature an above Nature. Sees God as Love and encompassing both Male and Female Divine qualities. Holy Spirit often seen as Feminine, even by Martin Luther.
Pagan- One who worships polytheistic or animistic. A Pagan can worship a myriad of gods or no gods at all. A Pagan can worship nature. Not all Pagans use witchcraft as a form of expression.
Spirituality- this words lacks definition. As close as one can get is the idea of how own experiences the sacred.
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment.

Witchcraft or The Craft is an art form. The manipulation of energies all around us. Witchcraft in itself is not a religion but rather an act used as a way to express connection to divine. Not all witches are Wicca, not all Wiccan (most) practice witchcraft. The art of The Craft can be used and applied to any religion or lack thereof religion.
With these accurate definitions we can see that it is possible to both worship the deity of Christ and use The Craft to express this connection.
Sadly, Pagans are supposed to be tolerant and understand everyone reaches understanding of Love in a different way. Then why is it so many Neo-Pagans react so harshly to the idea of a Christian using the science and art of The Craft to express their faith and understanding?
